Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights:
Please submit a legitimate consumer request to exercise access, data portability, and deletion rights as indicated in the preceding section.
Please call us at 339-368-8328 if you have any inquiries. The right of an individual to file a consumer request including their personal information must be validated. Verifiable customer requests may also be submitted on behalf of a minor.
There is a limit of two requests per 12-month period that may be validated as originating from a consumer for access or data portability.
You must include sufficient information in the verified consumer request for us to verify that you are the individual about whom we collected personal information, or that you are authorized to act on their behalf.
Please include as much precise information as possible in order for us to review, evaluate, and respond to your request. We will be unable to respond to your request or provide you with the requested information if we are unable to verify your identity or authorisation to make the request and that the requested information relates to you. Registration with our service is unnecessary if you are a real client with a valid request. Personal information supplied with a consumer request that is verifiable will only be used to authenticate the identity or authority of the requestor.
Time and structure of the response
For legitimate consumer requests, we aim to get back to them within 45 days. If we need an extension of up to 90 days, we’ll explain why in writing.
When we respond to you in writing, you may choose whether to get it in the mail or online.
Our responses to customer requests for information will only cover the last twelve months. If we are unable to fulfil your request, we will let you know why in our reply. We shall use a format to deliver your personal information that is easily usable and should enable you to send the data from one organization to another without any barrier if you request data portability.
A fee will not be assessed unless your request falls into the categories of being exorbitant, repeated, or clearly groundless. If we find that your request is worth charging for, we will explain why and provide you an estimate of the total cost before proceeding.
Unbiasedness
We will not take any action against you if you choose to use your CCPA rights. Unless specifically authorized by the CCPA, the following acts will not be taken:

Price or grade services in a way that either rewards or punishes you, or any combination of the two.
Give you a new degree of attention.
Indicating that you may be charged a different rate or price for products or services, or that the quality or quantity of goods or services may be reduced.
